My first blizzard! and no I don't mean the ice cream from dairy queen, 15 inches of snow outside and the cars are missing except for their antennas sticking up from a giant mound of snow.

A car rental experience update :-)

I used my coupons that I received around Christmas when Avis stupidly failed to have a car ready, but this time things went well..one oddity though, both counter agents had Australian accents ;)

I open this thing every day and never think to actually post in it anymore..whoops.

My Dad is looking like he'll need a Kidney transplant, he told me he didn't want one of mine before I could even offer, guess we'll see what happens.

My sister in law (wife's sister) is in the hospital and it doesn't seem she's interested in getting better, baffling.

That's why I never post..it's mind numbingly depressing..whoo.

Something I've recently realized is that a lot of people just simply want to be unhappy, nothing will ever change them, all advice to move in a better direction ignored, it's their identity to be that way, a change is too scary to even contemplate.

Aggravating but also a quite a bit sad.
